Grade 7/8 Roman Feast

The grade 7/8 class recently celebrated the end of their unit on Ancient Rome with a thematic feast.

Our JK/SK class visited Monora Park today.  What a great way to spend a hot and humid Tuesday afternoon in June!

OCS Track and Field Day

Here are some great pics taken from last week's Track and Field Day at OCS.  Thanks to Theresa for sharing these with me, I definitely need to invest in a better camera.  I'm especially impressed by the picture of the kids who's going to break many running long jump records - unfortunately he's about 18 years too late!

Battle for the OCS Cup!

After a hard fought season, the Capitals had a chance to win the OCS from the teachers.  However, two goals from the teachers and one close to the end of the game ensured that the teachers would retain the OCS Cup for the 3rd straight year. Well done, kids.  I can't wait for next year!

Wacky Day!

Go, Go Jonah!

We just finished performing our spring production this past week; Go, Go Jonah!  It went really well, thank you to Mrs. J. for directing and to all the students for all the hard work they did.

Enhancement Group wins NASA Art Competition

It's Finished!

Our stage is finally finished.  Thanks to Ed for all his hard work and to Walter Brothers Contracting for their dedication to ensuring that the job was done professionally and beautifully.  Doesn't it look fantastic?  Thanks to the Ontario Alliance of Christian Schools Foundation for their generous donation for this project.
